As a LearningRx franchisee, you would likely be very persuasive and enthusiastic about sharing your amazing concept with the business owners and families in your community. You will enjoy networking with businesses and clients, convincing individuals of their need for your services, and making everyone feel important. You may consider hiring a strong administrator to help you stay on-task and manage your calendar, as you can easily overbook yourself and may run long in meetings because you are so passionate about your business.
Congratulations! You’re a party planner. As a LearningRx franchisee, you would likely spend a great deal of your time taking care of the needs of your clients and staff. You enjoy considering the entire client experience, from the moment they walk into your center until the moment they graduate. You will focus on the physical and emotional needs of each person who walks through your door, to ensure that everyone feels valued and cared for. You may want to hire a strong assistant director to help watch your performance numbers and help with marketing and networking tasks.

You enjoy checking things off your to-do list and following a proven plan. Your accounts will always be balanced, you will never miss a meeting, and you will rely on new ideas from the Home Office and other franchisees. You may consider hiring someone to assist you in driving the sales side of the business who enjoys face-to-face meetings with other businesses and professionals, as well as selling the concept to families and implementing marketing plans.
